I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect - nestled in a quiet residential area but just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. This made it the ideal choice for both tranquility and easy access to the city. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my every need was taken care of. The room was impeccably clean and provided enhanced comfort with amenities such as air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The service was top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered a delicious variety of options for all dietary preferences.

The location was very close to the metro, which allowed us to travel to many places in-and-around this city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel seemed understaffed, with reception often left unattended and the cafe/dining area overwhelmed with only one staff member. the maintenance of the rooms could have been better, with issues like non-functional safes and air conditioning problems.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Esperanza Madrid tube station, making it easy for us to explore different parts of the city. The proximity to the metro allowed us to travel to many places in and around Madrid effortlessly. being close to the airport was a great advantage, making our arrival and departure hassle-free.

The breakfast at the hotel was a disappointment with its limited choice and cheap ingredients.
